WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.
The Following Brands are NOT eligible for Return:
New Era, Asics, Godspeed, and Nike
Orders that use promotional discount codes (such as but are not limited to : final25, blackfriday promos, holiday discounts) are not eligible for return as those are considered FINAL SALE.
All returns must be unworn, undamaged with tags still attached in its original condition when mailed back to Sneaker Town.
Customers are highly advised to keep documentation (receipt) of their returns being dropped off at the postal service.
Please do not put label or tape on the shoebox itself. Shoebox must be placed inside of a packaging box. Sneaker Town may refuse the package if done so and the item will be ineligible for return.

If you ship shoes back to us the incorrect way, Sneaker Town will ship them back to you and the item will not be eligible for a store credit.
Shoes and shoe box must remain in sellable condition upon return.
In the event that you are wanting to process an exchange for your return but the size you are requesting is out of stock, you will be issued a gift card for the product amount.
