Shipping policy

ONCE ORDERS HAVE BEEN PLACED, WE CAN NOT CANCEL

SHIPPING WITHIN THE UNITED STATES

Orders can take up to 5 business days to process. Once your package is shipped from our warehouse, transit time may take an additional 2-5 business days depending on your location. Estimated delivery dates are NOT guaranteed.

Sneaker Town is not responsible for any delays in transit. Some items may arrive later than expected.

SHIPMENT METHODS WE OFFER

USPS FIRST CLASS: For items that are less than a pound (such as a hat or t-shirt). However this method takes up to 7 days in transit time depending on your location.

UPS Ground:  For items over 1 lb. Transit time is usually 3-5 days depending on your location. 

UPGRADED UPS SERVICES:  Next Day Air and 2 Day Air are offered. However, Saturday deliveries are NOT included. For example, if your order is shipped on Friday and UPS next day is selected, the package won’t arrive until Monday. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

When shipping internationally, please be aware that transit time could take up to 30 days or more due to the pandemic.  We are not responsible for any delays once the item is shipped. As the consumer, you will be responsible for any duties/taxes that are applicable once it reaches your country. 

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

Sneaker Town is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. In addition, once the order has confirmed delivery, we cannot assume responsibility for packages that are lost and/or stolen. If for some reason, your package has stopped tracking , we recommend you to contact the carrier immediately to file a claim in regard to your missing package(s). 

It is important to provide detailed and comprehensive shipping information when placing your order. Make sure your address is correct and that any apartment number is also provided.  Sneaker Town is not responsible for undelivered packages based on misinformation of shipping addresses filled out by the customer upon checkout.

INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS / RETURN TO SENDER

Packages that are returned back to Sneaker Town due to "Insufficient Address" or "Return Sender" will be sent a store credit coupon code via email for their order (less shipping costs) that you can use towards your next purchase. To avoid this from happening, please be sure to confirm your shipping address.
